Ingredients

  • Seitan (Wheat Gluten Flour)

    120g

  • 2 tbsp Beetroot powder

    16g

  • 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

    16g

  • 1/2 tbsp Onion powder

    3.5g

  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic powder

    3.5g

  • 1 Vegetable stock cube

    14g

  • 1 cup of water

    237g

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

    31g

  • 1 tbsp Oil

Cooking Method

Directions

If you have a hard time reaching your protein goals and you are not very good at cooking, this quick and easy recipe will be perfect for you! Necessary utensils:

  • Large bowl
  • Steam hole (or similar where you can steam cook)
  • Frying pan

  1. Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl:

Mix dry ingredients until a homogeneous powder remains liquid ingredients

  1. Add the water to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix first with a spoon until it starts to form a dough, then you can give it with your hands a little until all the water has been absorbed and a dough forms, then you can knead a little.
  2. First, place the dough in the steam pan for 15 minutes
  3. Remove the dough from the hole, and place it on a board. Cut the dough into fillets about the thickness of a finger
  4. Put the oil in the pan and preheat over high heat, then put the fillets in the pan and cook for 3 minutes per side.
  5. Add salt and pepper before flipping
  6. After turning them over add the 2 tablespoons of soy sauce on top and let it evaporate
  7. Ready! to enjoy with low-calorie barbecue sauce and baked potatoes or any other accompaniment
