Directions
If you have a hard time reaching your protein goals and you are not very good at cooking, this quick and easy recipe will be perfect for you! Necessary utensils:
- Large bowl
- Steam hole (or similar where you can steam cook)
- Frying pan
- Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl:
Mix dry ingredients until a homogeneous powder remains liquid ingredients
- Add the water to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix first with a spoon until it starts to form a dough, then you can give it with your hands a little until all the water has been absorbed and a dough forms, then you can knead a little.
- First, place the dough in the steam pan for 15 minutes
- Remove the dough from the hole, and place it on a board. Cut the dough into fillets about the thickness of a finger
- Put the oil in the pan and preheat over high heat, then put the fillets in the pan and cook for 3 minutes per side.
- Add salt and pepper before flipping
- After turning them over add the 2 tablespoons of soy sauce on top and let it evaporate
